This website provides information about new build developments on the Costa Blanca built by third-party developers, and allows interested parties to request information.

The details of each development (descriptions, number of homes, prices, specifications, images and maps) come from the relevant developer, who is responsible for their accuracy. They are for information only, may change and do not constitute a contractual offer. Images may be non-binding computer-generated renders.

The documentation and information required by Spanish Royal Decree 515/1989 on consumer protection in the sale of homes is available to interested parties and may be requested through this website.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in bad faith.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The website design, its own texts and the "Costa Nova Homes" brand and logo belong to the owner.
