Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The Spanish version prevails.

2. What data we process

The data you give us in the form: full name, email, phone (optional), development of interest, message (optional), website language and the page you write from, plus the date sent and your consent choices. We do not request special categories of data; please do not include them in your message. If you agree to be contacted via WhatsApp or write to us that way, we also process your phone number and the content of the conversation. If you leave your details in a Facebook or Instagram ad form, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. passes on to us the data you provided in it (usually name, email, phone and your answers).

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • To answer your request for information about the developments. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To send you information about new developments, only if you tick the relevant box. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI-CE). You may withdraw it at any time.

4. WhatsApp and artificial intelligence assistant

We will only message you on WhatsApp if you expressly agree by ticking the relevant box in the form or if you write to us first. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by replying “STOP” or by writing to us.

The first WhatsApp replies are given by an automated artificial intelligence assistant, and we tell you so at the start of the conversation, as required by Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence. The assistant only provides information about the developments using the details published by each developer; it does not take decisions with legal effects on you or carry out profiling (Art. 22 GDPR). You can ask to speak to a person at any time and our team will assist you.

So that the assistant can remember the context of the conversation, we keep the history linked to your number for as long as we are in contact and for no more than 12 months after your last message, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.

Data received from Facebook and Instagram ad forms is processed for the same purposes and on the same legal bases described in this policy.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to answer your request and maintain any relationship you start with us. After that, it is kept blocked only for the legal limitation periods of possible liabilities. Data for marketing communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We do not pass your data to the developer of any development without your prior consent.

To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Google Ireland Limited (storage of requests in Google Sheets) and our web hosting provider. Where any of them transfer data internationally, this is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

If you use WhatsApp or reach us through an ad, the following are also involved: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (WhatsApp Business and Facebook and Instagram ad forms), Anthropic (provider of the assistant's artificial intelligence model, which does not use your conversations to train its models) and the n8n automation tool, hosted by our server provider.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [pendiente de completar] stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Minors

This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us your data.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to requests is restricted.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published with its update date.
